Job summary

Dedale Intelligence is seeking an Expert Research Planner to expand our global expert and advisor network in software and technology. You will contact high-profile executives and C-level leaders to build our international network, with 75% located in the US and Europe.

The role offers robust training, mentorship, and a development track, with a fully global team in Cairo, Paris, and Cebu. You will engage in outreach, onboarding, and coordination to ensure experts contribute effectively to

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Professionalism and autonomy when representing Dedale externally.
• Willingness to learn and grow with development challenges.
• Leads generation or recruitment experience preferred.
• Graduate of Mass Communication or BA English preferred; open to others.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in international settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to identify industry experts and advisors for investment research.
• Contact potential experts and initiate onboarding processes.
• Craft compelling LinkedIn and email outreach messages.
• Coordinate with the research team to onboarded experts with resources.
• Facilitate meetings between experts/advisors and the research team.
• Conduct debriefs to inform experts about the payment procedure.
