Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (BA/BS or equivalent)
• Substantial experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure and desktop support.
• Ensure infrastructure operates at high levels of availability, performance and security.
• Provide 2nd level support with escalation to 3rd tier.
• Collaborate with IT Managers/Supervisors to address problems across the business.
• Support BAU projects and meet targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a strong client/internal customer focus.
