• 3-5 years relevant experience in Compliance, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management in a food manufacturing setting.
• Extensive knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations.

• Ensure compliance with environment and health & safety regulations across URC plants and units.
• Audit governance: plan, execute, report, monitor corrective actions, and drive continual improvement.
• Develop and deliver training on EHS standards, tools, and digital reporting mechanisms.
