ISS Market Intelligence is seeking a Digital Media Operations Lead to oversee global advertising operations, performance reporting, and best-practices across its brands.

Based in Makati, you will lead a global team of Ad Operations, SEO, and Social Media specialists, implement efficient workflows, and drive data-driven optimization and cross-regional collaboration.

This role requires strong process orientation and cross-time zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, digital marketing, publishing, or related field.
• Experience managing people or coordinating a team.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, and performance reporting.
• Experience with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, audience development, and website analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a global team of Ad Operations, SEO, and Social Media specialists.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and workload coordination to keep priorities on track.
• Act as the primary operational manager for team members, removing roadblocks and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure direction, training, and support.
• Establish and maintain workflows, documentation, and best practices across the team.
• Monitor team capacity to support efficient execution of digital media initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across regions and disciplines.
