Responsibilities

• Willing to work in NAM shift (earliest 7pm, 11pm-9am)
• Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Performs trend analysis and identifying root causes; implement or suggest solutions
• Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception to completion
• Provides tangible metrics to Management
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Apply professional judgement to day-to-day responsibilities
