Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Data Quality Senior Lead in the Philippines to manage enterprise data quality standards, controls, metrics, and exception management. You will partner with data-producing teams to certify authoritative data sources and drive remediation for data concerns.

You will lead end-to-end exception management, stakeholder relationships, and performance reporting while ensuring risk and control adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking or Finance.
• Experience defining and implementing data quality programs.
• Communicates effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
• Optimizes work processes with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
• Organizational savvy: understands systems, processes, and where to find information.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Exception Management: manage the full lifecycle of data quality exceptions, including root cause analysis and remediation plans.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: manage senior relationships across the firm to drive data quality resolution.
• Project & Initiative Leadership: lead project activities and provide status updates to support senior management's strategic vision.
• Metrics, Reporting, and Escalation: oversee data quality metrics and ensure issues are reported and escalated per Citi processes.
• Risk & Control Adherence: assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; escalate control issues transparently.
