Job summary

Aon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Philippines, Inc is seeking a senior data migration specialist to join our distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe.

You will work with Business and Product teams to understand end-to-end data processes, enhance validation scripts, and create SQL transformations. The role requires strong SQL, data migration experience, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data migration work.
• Using Azure DevOps or Jira for managing software development.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases & Transact SQL & PL/SQL.
• Experience in insurance broking is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the distributed data migration team across Asia, Pacific and Europe.
• Perform data runs as required and provide outputs back to the project team members.
• Work with the Bulk Upload Product Owner, to create product backlog stories in Azure DevOps as required for changes to Bulk Upload Tool.
• Create adhoc data transformations in SQL as required.
• Assist to maintain mapping documentation.
• Learn the various platforms which make up the Commercial Risk Eco System within Aon and how the data flows work.
