The role emphasizes data profiling, onboarding approaches, and collaboration in an agile cross-functional squad to bridge IT and business needs. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with SQL analysis, and the ability to prioritize and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects through lifecycle from engagement to close-out.
• Collaborate to elicit requirements and develop project plans.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with Product Owners.
• Perform preliminary data analysis and identify authoritative data sources.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate lineage across sources.
• Document business data elements with clear definitions and valid values.
• Support data quality through profiling, defining validation rules, and remediation.
• Define, track, and report key metrics aligned to use cases.
