Qualifications

- Hands-on CX transformation, digital adoption, or journey redesign experience preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to lead through others.
Responsibilities
- Lead CX performance management and capability building.
- Drive the CX transformation roadmap across digital, self-service, and frontline channels.
- Map, document, govern, and improve CX processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align tools, standards, and journeys.
- Oversee customer portal adoption, self-service enablement, and frontline enhancements.
- Translate feedback and data into practical transformation initiatives.
