• Existing creator relationships you can name and speak to.
• Strong negotiation skills and disciplined budget management.
• Native-level, natural English with warm, relationship-first communication.
• Proven ability to spot fake followers and inflated engagement.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet relevant creators across business, productivity, and remote-work niches globally, as well as VA and work-from-home creators in the Philippines
• Run relationship-first outreach, building genuine rapport before any collaboration request
• Negotiate collaborations end to end - briefs, deliverables, timelines, and disclosure compliance
• Audit real engagement versus fake or inflated followings to protect the budget
• Shape content that fits each creator's authentic voice rather than reading as a paid placement
• Manage collaboration budgets with strong discipline and clear cost-per-acquisition thinking
• Track and report on reach, engagement, sentiment, referral traffic, and attributed leads or applications
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a growing roster of creators
