Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Graphic Designer (Fixed-Term) to join the Creative & Design Services Team. You will create high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards, and collaborate with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to meet project deadlines.

The role offers exposure to international projects in a fast-paced environment and requires 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience with strong typography and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with familiarity in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality marketing materials including presentations, print collateral, digital assets, and motion graphics using Cushman & Wakefield templates.
• Ensure outputs align with brand standards by following guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver creative solutions meeting project objectives and deadlines.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Support workflow improvements to enhance design quality and client experience.
