The role suits early-career designers who want international exposure, collaborating with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to deliver on-brand, high-quality design solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency, shared services, or in-house settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing and business development materials, including presentations, print collateral, digital assets, and motion graphics, using Cushman & Wakefield templates.
• Ensure outputs align with brand standards by following guidelines and global best practices.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver design solutions meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Manage multiple design requests with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Support team workflow and contribute ideas to enhance design quality and client experience.
