Job summary

Leading Executive Search is seeking a Finance Associate in the Philippines. The role starts with 2 months of onsite training in Makati, followed by a hybrid work setup.

You will record and review financial transactions, process payments, and monitor balances while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and compliance across international operations. You will engage in donor reporting, internal audits, and develop professional skills through overseas humanitarian mission opportunities up to 6 months,

Qualifications

• Open to Newly Licensed CPAs
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to undergo 2 months of onsite training in Makati

Responsibilities

• Record and review financial transactions
• Process payments and maintain supporting documentation
