Job summary

Straive is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to support the review and management of international contracts. You will review and analyze contracts, assist in execution, and ensure obligations are properly tracked throughout the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a legal background and at least 1 year of contract review experience. Familiarity with CLM platforms is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

Legal education preferred (college graduate or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience reviewing international contracts.
Experience with agreement execution and obligations management.
CLM platforms experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze international contracts and agreements.
Assist in contract execution and ensure obligations are tracked and managed.
Maintain contract databases and monitoring tools for lifecycle tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract requirements and deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation.
