Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking an Associate Analyst for Global Compliance Engagement Testing (GCET) based in Taguig City, Philippines. The role involves executing compliance testing, researching policy guidance, and delivering timely reviews across EY’s engagement portfolio.

You will work in a structured, process-driven environment, with opportunities to grow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strengthening EY's compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship, academic projects, or research experience are an advantage.
• Exposure to research, compliance, audit, or data analysis concepts is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrates strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to learn new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn tools, technologies and EY databases to perform validations that support compliance monitoring.
• To perform compliance monitoring, conduct research using systematic secondary research tools.
• Study the research findings, draw inferences, and conclude reviews in response to the research requirement.
• As the reviews are concluded, ensure timely transmittal of review outcome to the PPEDs.
• Use analytical and project management methodology and tools to deliver on core KPIs.
• Complete all assigned projects in line with the SOPs and timelines.
• Participate in RMS programs and activities.
