Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Taguig is seeking a Global Interface Accountant to support monthly/quarterly close activities, manage interface error handling, and reconcile multiple ERP systems. You’ll aid audit processes, maintain documentation, and ensure accruals for failed interfaces, contributing to SOX compliance and reporting accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/finance operations, familiarity with SAP/BlackLine/Cadency, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. CPA/CMA/MBA is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.
Experience in accounting/finance operations, shared services, or related finance work; fresh graduates with strong internship may be considered.
Exposure to ERP and reporting tools preferred (SAP, BlackLine, Cadency).

Responsibilities

Perform interface error handling analysis and correction according to KPI metrics and SLA commitments.
Reconcile source vs target systems for SAP, S/4, JDE, and Oracle.
Ensure accruals are entered for any failed interface; support audit processes with data and documentation.
Maintain complete audit trails and evidence to support reporting, reconciliation, journal entries, and controls.
