Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Global Client Reporting Analyst to prepare and verify client reports and funds factsheets across Asia, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will consolidate data from multiple groups, perform quality checks and respond to inquiries under strict SLAs.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite in Quezon City. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet SLAs and deadlines.
  • Identify and raise data accuracy and presentation issues; support process improvement.
  • Respond to recurring and ad hoc client reporting inquiries.

Job description

The Global Client Reporting Analyst performs under supervision client report production on a timely, complete and accurate manner for both internal and external clients. This includes preparation of periodic client reports and factsheet through gathering, validating and consolidating various source data from different groups across all regions. The global client reporting analyst must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities
  • Perform end to end preparation and full quality checking of Fund Factsheet across Asia region.
  • Prepare the periodic Investment Management Report for Institutional Clients managed by Manulife Investment Management.
  • Prepare complex custom or tailor reports per request by clients or business unit.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure all data is collated, checked and presented per internal SLAs to meet client reporting deadlines.
  • Identify and elevate possible issues in data accuracy and presentation of client report.
  • Assist process and data improvement projects.
  • Respond to inquiries, on both a recurring and ad hoc basis related to client reporting.
Job Requirements
  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, etc.)
  • A minimum of 2 year relevant work experience.
  • Amenable to work on a morning shift schedule (8am to 5pm) and on a hybrid work arrangement of 3x a week onsite reporting (Quezon City).
  • Knowledge in securities and investments is advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills with the ability to be and to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidate must demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Keen to details that can able to identify issues on data and formatting/presentation.
  • Client focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
