Job summary

Henley & Partners Philippines is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships in investment migration and citizenship planning. You will act as the primary contact for clients, manage day-to-day activities of applications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires at least two years in client-facing account management, strong English, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in account management within investments, insurance, private bank, wealth management or similar.
• Previous experience in a client facing role is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
• Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
• Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed.
• Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services.
• Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application.
• Mentoring junior members of the team if needed.
