Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Australian Accounting Environment.
• Advanced Xero capability is required.
• Strong reconciliation and compliance discipline.
• Experience managing remote/offshore teams preferred.
• Commercially aware and growth-oriented.
• Confident communicator with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations end-to-end.
• Maintain reconciliations and ensure audit-readiness.
• Oversee AP/AR processes.
• Prepare month-end close and supporting documentation.
• Act as primary finance operator for major clients.
