Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Production Designer to support the Marketing Creative Services Hub. You will contribute to the creation of property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs within branded templates.

The role emphasizes collaborating with Project Coordinators and Americas-based contacts, adjusting assets, and maintaining file organization.

Qualifications

• Design degree or equivalent in graphic arts/communications or related discipline.
• Strong production design skills with speed and efficiency using design principles.
• Experience with multiple marketing assets and projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
• Familiarity with web tools and HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements of incoming requests for marketing production support.
• Review project briefs to understand objectives, schedule and details.
• Source and update assets across site plans, maps and related assets.
• Apply templates and brand standards to deliver final files.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator and contacts; communicate progress.
• Conduct QC checks and maintain organized project files.
• Manage deadlines and asset delivery across projects.
