You will drive risk-based testing, ensure compliance with internal methodologies, and deliver impactful recommendations to improve controls and operations.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate with global teams in a mid-shift schedule, supporting a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in internal or external audit, risk management, or related assurance in financial services.
• Experience planning and executing SOX/regulatory/operational/financial audits and controls testing.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule and collaborate across global locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and lead audits (AML, SOX, key risk) with minimal supervision.
• Manage audits within budgets and timelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Review team workpapers and guide auditors through testing.
• Evaluate risk controls and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare clear audit reports per methodology.
• Apply data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Perform other duties aligned with development goals.
