Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of compliance auditors and provide guidance.
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions and drive targeted audits.
• Ensure processes comply with security regulations and privacy standards.
• Monitor risks, address red flags, and prevent fraud and loss of trust.
• Develop preventive audits and address hygiene issues.
• Track, publish, and review weekly/monthly audit reports with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global operations and clients on compliance needs.
• Automate and leverage digital capabilities to reduce manual audits.
• Suggest quantified process improvements and participate in strategic projects.
• Maintain data repositories and change logs for hygiene and ZTP documents.
