Job summary

MSCI is seeking a qualified Analytics Managed Services Specialist to support risk management clients worldwide from Manila. You will analyze client portfolio data, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate reports and insights.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in client-facing roles in financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Python/SQL.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of client-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-reliant, detail-oriented and proactive with fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier support to MSCI Risk Management clients across markets.
• Advise on portfolio data modeling and risk factor datasets.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing client configurations and reporting processes.
