Job summary

EY is seeking a GDS Alliances Enablement Program Lead Analyst in Manila to drive program management for the Global Ecosystem Enablement function. You will coordinate with onshore and GDS teams, manage governance cadences, and deliver high-quality leadership reports and enablement content across geographies.

The role requires 7–8 years of experience in program management, alliance operations, and stakeholder engagement, with MBA or equivalent qualification and a strong global mindset.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• University graduation required; technology, business, commerce, management or related background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program manage priority initiatives for Global Ecosystem Enablement and governance cadences.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, leadership reports, and knowledge assets.
• Coordinate stakeholders across onshore and GDS enablement teams and geographies.
