Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a skilled Global AP Lead within its Global Business Services (GBS) organization. You will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Global Accounts Payable delivery across three sites and lead a global team to deliver high-quality AP services worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in accounts payable or finance management, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and expertise with Oracle and Concur.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounts payable or finance management.
• Experience with Oracle, Concur, and GBS/SSC environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for AP GBS centers aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily AP operations and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a global finance team across sites, with 50–100 direct and indirect reports.
• Collaborate with regional CFOs and country leaders to align processes and drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive end-to-end process enhancements.
