Job summary

ByteBridge in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to support our US Finance operations. You will manage general ledger activities, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while coordinating with the US team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of GL experience, solid accounting fundamentals, and strong Excel skills. You must be comfortable working US business hours during a permanent night shift, and familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant GL experience with month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills and US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with US Finance and other teams to ensure proper GL postings.
