Job Description:

• Manage accounts receivable activities including cash application, reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Monitor outstanding balances and conduct regular aging analysis to ensure timely collections
• Handle fixed asset processes such as capitalization, transfers, and disposals
• Support inventory accounting and assist with variance analysis and reporting
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and financial queries
• Assist in audit preparation by providing schedules and required documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and systems optimization initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful GL Accountant (AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory) should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in AR, fixed assets, and general accounting functions
• Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA or SAP ECC is required
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting standards
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage large data volumes
