Job summary

ADEC Innovations in the Philippines seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver cross‑functional projects supporting property data products. You will coordinate operations, engineering, data teams and stakeholders across PH and US to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery and data quality.

The role involves managing ETL, geocoding, SaaS platforms, APIs and dashboards, with focus on data processing times and accuracy; strong communication and process improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Geography/Geospatial Information Science or Information Technology.
• At least four (4) years of relevant project management experience; GIS systems experience is a plus.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and principles.
• Project management, SCRUM and similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience with property data, real estate due diligence, environmental data, GIS, or compliance.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or data pipelines.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certifications.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems; GIS/Geocoding tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving property records, data sources, data normalization, and data delivery platforms.
• Ensure data quality standards, SLAs and delivery timelines are met.
• Serve as liaison for ETL, geocoding, and GIS data updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across US and PH groups.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, assumptions, and changes.
• Identify risks, dependencies and constraints early and plan mitigation.
