Crownworks Construction Inc. in Davao City is seeking a skilled Surveyor to support construction projects through precise horizontal and vertical surveys, establishment of control points, benchmarks, and alignments.
You will perform staking and layout for roads, structures, foundations, and utilities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. The role involves operating Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, GNSS/GPS, maintaining equipment calibration, preparing field notes, and
Conduct horizontal and vertical surveys for construction projects, including establishment of control points, benchmarks, alignments, elevations, and coordinates.
Perform construction staking and layout for roads, structures, foundations, columns, utilities, drainage, and other project components.
Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points and benchmarks throughout the project site.
Conduct topographic surveys and site measurements as required for project planning and construction.
Verify lines, grades, elevations, coordinates, and dimensions against approved construction drawings and specifications.
Perform as-built surveys and prepare accurate survey records and documentation.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, GNSS/GPS, and other related equipment.
Ensure proper calibration and condition of surveying equipment before use and report any equipment deficiencies.
Prepare survey computations, field notes, reports, sketches, and other required technical documentation.
Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Site Engineer, Foreman, and other project personnel regarding survey requirements and discrepancies.
Conduct periodic checking and monitoring of construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, elevations, and established control points.
Assist in quantity verification, progress measurements, and other survey-related requirements of the project.
Identify and report survey errors, inconsistencies, or deviations and recommend appropriate corrective action.
Ensure that survey activities comply with company procedures, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to surveying and construction as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
