Fugro Philippines seeks a Sales & Business Development Professional to drive sustainable growth through market intelligence, client engagement, and commercial excellence.

You will identify opportunities, manage the commercial process from opportunity through proposal submission and contract award, and work with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into profitable projects aligned with Fugro’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in construction/infrastructure sector.
• Experience in establishing commercial partnerships and grant proposals.
• Knowledge of Philippines business environment and opportunities (Build Build Build).

Responsabilités

• Drive market intelligence and strategic positioning for Fugro Philippines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify and mature sales opportunities; maintain pipeline.
• Coordinate proposals, bid strategies and commercial governance.
• Forecast sales and contribute to budget planning.
