R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an IT Voice professional to support and maintain Genesys PureCloud and related technologies in the Manila region.

You will participate in migrations, configuration, and day-to-day incident management to ensure reliable communications services. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of Genesys on-premise and PureCloud, knowledge of VOIP protocols and SIP, and the ability to read logs to identify root causes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of Genesys on-premise and PureCloud solutions.
• Experience with migration and implementation of Genesys PureCloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of VOIP protocols and SIP.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and maintenance of Genesys PureCloud and related tech.
• Incident and request management based on priority.
• Conduct regular platform reviews for performance and user satisfaction.
• Create documentation and knowledge bases; basic SIP IP Phone troubleshooting.
• Assist with gateway configuration and Genesys SIP Trunking as needed.
