Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor degree or above.

• Agentic AI design paradigms and related concepts.
• Excellent command of English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Bridge AI research with real-world industrial applications, delivering performant and grounded models.
• Prototype AI-native agent solutions and LoRA-tuned models for industry needs.
• Write production-quality code to integrate AI model APIs in various frameworks.
• Address latency, throughput, and cost while scaling features for millions of users.
• Develop evaluation and guardrail frameworks to ensure safe, accurate outputs.
