Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise is required.
• CCT in General Practice (or equivalent / within 6 months of completion) is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care is essential.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team.
