Fujitsu Limited seeks a Finance Team Lead – General Ledger to guide a professional team through journal processing, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and forecasting. You will drive accuracy, controls, and timely deliverables while building capability and automating processes.

In this leadership role, you’ll plan workloads, monitor service levels, mentor staff, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and tighten the control environment, ensuring compliant and efficient finance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in General Accounting, with at least two years in team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong IFRS/IAS knowledge and experience with month-end close.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, controls, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the General Ledger team to ensure timely journal processing and month-end close.
• Coordinate workloads and calendars to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Maintain strong controls by monitoring compliance and addressing audit findings.
• Coach staff, set goals, and support development and succession planning.
• Drive process improvement and automation across finance operations.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate resolution with partners.
• Work extended hours during close and forecasting periods as needed.
