Job summary

Ambica International Corporation is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join their on-site team in Pasay, Philippines. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate posting of accounting entries, perform account analysis and reconciliation, and prepare financial reports for both regulatory and internal uses. A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and experience in GL analysis or similar roles are mandatory. Experience with Netsuite or Oracle software is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related finance courses.
• With at least 1 year of work in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Preferably, with experience in using Netsuite or Oracle accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate posting of accounting entries in the general ledger.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
