Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years finance experience, especially in accounting processes.
• General Ledger experience is essential.
• Knowledge in SAP and Shared Services/BPO experience.
• Able to work under time pressure and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany balances; provide balance confirmations.
• Perform month-end closing activities per global calendar and SLA.
• Review and approve Blackline journals per policy.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly unit consolidation reports.
• Point of contact for audit requirements and queries.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate action plans.
