Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Senior Accountant, Accounting to Reporting in a hybrid setup in Bonifacio Global City, Manila. You will ensure timely general ledger recording, perform month-end close, and deliver accurate financial reports while supporting internal controls and SOX readiness.

The role requires extensive expertise in IFRS/GAAP, SAP FI, Blackline, and advanced Excel skills to build dashboards and provide insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP or local GAAP.
• Proficiency with SAP FI and Blackline ERP tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Coordinate with the GL team for postings and cutoffs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and models for stakeholders.
• Extract data, reconcile, and document for auditors.
• Perform variance analysis and explain deviations.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
