Citadel Pacific, Ltd. - ROHQ is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to handle month-end closing and reporting, AR management, and disbursements in a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with Finance and external stakeholders, and adherence to internal controls. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance, with practical knowledge of financial reporting, Excel proficiency, and experience with NAV or similar systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in month-end closing and audit support.
• Familiarity with receivables, collections, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and NAV or similar accounting systems.
• Strong coordination with Finance, OTC, PTP, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Preparation of cargo sales reports, supporting schedules, and journal entries.
• Management of accounts receivable, billing, and collection monitoring.
• Review and processing of disbursements (APV, CV, reimbursements, petty cash).
• Reconciliation of accounts (bank, AR/AP, intercompany, cargo transactions).
• Support in audit requirements and compliance (internal/external, BIR, CAB reports).
• Preparation of management reports (MBR, variance analysis, revenue updates).

The Employee will:

• Month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports 20%

• Preparation of cargo sales reports, supporting schedules, and journal entries 15%

• Management of accounts receivable, billing, and collection monitoring 15%

• Review and processing of disbursements (APV, CV, reimbursements, petty cash) 15%

• Reconciliation of accounts (bank, AR/AP, intercompany, cargo transactions) 15%

• Support in audit requirements and compliance (internal/external, BIR, CAB reports) 10%

• Preparation of management reports (MBR, variance analysis, revenue updates

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience in month-end closing and audit support

• Familiarity with receivables, collections, and reconciliation processes

• High attention to detail and accuracy ; Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (NAV
  or similar)

• Strong coordination skills with Finance, OTC, PTP, and external stakeholders
