Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a General Accountant to join our Clark, Pampanga team on-site. Work hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT, with responsibilities spanning daily bank reconciliation, invoicing, payables/receivables, and month-end reporting.

You will support finance management, handle supplier/customer inquiries, and contribute to process improvements while building relationships with stakeholders across the Mulpha Group.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with business process improvements.
• Competent computer skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in CRM and ERP software.
• Understanding of Xero highly desirable.
• Self-driven, organised with strong time management.
• Curiosity to learn about operational business processes.
• Proactive in seeking ways to improve administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Accounts payables & accounts receivable.
• Assist with month end reporting.
• Participate in operational activities with management to improve bottom line and efficiencies.
• Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders.
• Reviewing payments and expenses including payroll and invoices.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to queries from suppliers, customers and staff.
• General assistance with business administration.
• Managing reporting systems and databases.

Quick Rundown:

The Accounts Officer will assist in finance duties and provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to the management team and is a key link between the finance departments.

What You'll Do:

• Daily bank reconciliation
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Accounts payables & accounts receivable
• Assist with month end reporting
• Participate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficiencies
• Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders
• Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoices
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff
• General assistance with business administration
