Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an on-site General Accountant in Angeles City to support the finance manager and management team. The role covers daily bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end reporting, with a focus on improving financial and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with stakeholders and help manage reporting systems while delivering strong customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with business process improvements.
• Competent computer skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in CRM and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Accounts payables & receivables.
• Assist with month end reporting.
• Participate in operational activities to improve bottom line and efficiencies.
• Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders.
• Reviewing payments and expenses including PO, payroll, and invoices.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Responding to supplier, customer, and staff queries.
• General business administration support.
• Manage reporting systems and databases.
• Maintain exceptional customer service.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to foster financial and operational excellence.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Job Location: NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown:

The Accounts Officer will assist in finance duties and provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to the management team and is a key link between the finance departments.

What You'll Do:

• Daily bank reconciliation
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Accounts payables & accounts receivable
• Assist with month end reporting
• Participate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficiencies
• Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders
• Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoices
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff
• General assistance with business administration
• Managing reporting systems and databases
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within Signal and the wider Mulpha Group to foster a culture of financial and operational excellence
