Job Description

• Accounts reconciliations and analyses, including customers, vendors, assets, inventories and other general ledger accounts.
• Tax preparation and review, including reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare various accounting schedules (such as amortization, lease, fixed assets lapsing schedule, etc.) as part of periodic financial closing.
• Ensure that all accounting transactions are properly accounted for, charged to appropriate general ledger accounts, profit and/or cost centers.
• Prepare and analyze overall and per plant financial performance reports.
• Prepare costing per SKU, per customer/brand, per location or other costing analysis as may be required by customers or management.
• Maintain costing worksheet per plant, with actual vs budget comparison and analysis.
• Review and analyze trends and recommends improvements in plant operations or manufacturing costs.
• Prepare other financial reports as may be required by Plant operations, management and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the retrieval of documents for audit and other purposes.
• Other tasks as may be assigned.
