Best Track in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to support the company’s general reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of financial data.

The role involves reviewing journal entries and attachments, pre-approving supplier payments, preparing monthly/quarterly schedules and tax returns, and coordinating with government agencies to meet strict deadlines and avoid penalties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general reporting requirements of the Company.
• Review of journal entries amount summary and attachments.
• Check billings, attachments, and pre‑approve suppliers and sub‑con requests for payment prior to payment.
• Prepares reports and documents for government agencies, ensuring compliance with reporting and payment deadlines.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly schedule and Tax Returns (Withholding Tax, Income Tax, VAT Return).
• Checking of Contribution and Loan Payment after uploading to eGov payment facilities.
• Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Checking of Contribution and Loan Payment after uploading to eGov payment facilities.
• Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
