Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, communications, technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, consulting or marketing operations with GenAI exposure.
• Experience delivering AI-led marketing transformation from strategy through pilot and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/GenAI led marketing transformation: assess current-state capabilities and develop target-state visions with governance and change plans.
• Reimagine end-to-end marketing workflows by embedding GenAI and agentic workflows across campaigns and content.
• Design agentic marketing solutions and translate them into requirements for processes and platforms.
• Build AI-driven ABM and campaign ecosystems with account prioritization and orchestration models.
• Develop industry-specific GenAI frameworks and translate regulatory and domain requirements into practical strategies.
• Drive full-funnel orchestration linking CRM, marketing automation, data, and AI capabilities.
• Manage GenAI use-case portfolios, quantify impact and define KPIs for pilots and scale.
• Implement responsible AI governance including privacy, security, and bias controls.
