Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking a QA professional with expertise in functional testing, automation, and GenAI-powered testing practices. You will perform end-to-end testing across Telecom OSS/BSS domains and design robust automation using Selenium (Java) and related tools.

Collaborating with developers, analysts, product owners, and clients, you will ensure quality throughout the SDLC and help accelerate telecom transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software testing experience in Telecom OSS/BSS.
• Strong functional testing and test automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, API testing, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git.
• Proven use of GenAI tools within QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing across Telecom OSS/BSS applications including Order Management, Service Provisioning, Billing, Charging, Inventory, and Assurance.
• Design and execute functional, automation, API, regression, and integration tests.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) and related technologies.
• Leverage GenAI tools for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and QA process improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and clients to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
