Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an AI Engineer to act as a technical expert in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI. You will design and deliver AI-powered web and enterprise solutions, turning proof-of-concepts into scalable, secure products.

You will develop AI applications and GenAI platforms, including AI coworkers and knowledge worker agents, while maintaining AI infrastructure and guiding best practices with observability, tracing, and debugging to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of AI-related work experience, including at least 2 years on GenAI (e.g. RAG, Agents).
• Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and GenAI protocols (LangGraph, Google ADK, MCP, A2A).
• Good understanding of GenAI application evaluation, tracing, observability, monitoring, and debugging for reliable, scalable AI solutions.
• 3+ years of software engineering with full lifecycle knowledge including CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and Python-based development.
• Hands-on web app development using React and backend services with Python (FastAPI/Flask); deployment/ops on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, guiding enterprise AI initiatives.
• Design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered web, desktop, and enterprise solutions turning PoCs into production-ready products.
• Develop and maintain AI applications, GenAI platforms, and agent-based solutions including AI coworkers and knowledge worker agents.
• Operate and improve AI solutions with monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
