Kariton Philippines Cafe Inc. is seeking friendly, coachable individuals to join our gelato team at SM Aura, BGC. As a full-time crew member, you will scoop, serve, and plate our Filipino-inspired gelato with care, and greet each guest with genuine service.

You should be comfortable with basic math, able to speak Filipino and English, and willing to work an 8‑hour shift, 6 days a week. We offer a 21,000 PHP monthly salary (full-time), plus performance incentives and government-mandated benefits

Qualifications

• Friendly, smiling and a fast learner with attitude over experience.
• Reliable, honest, and a team player who takes ownership of their station.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Comfortable with basic math and able to speak Filipino and English.
• Open to shift work (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week).

Responsabilités

• Scoop, serve, and plate our gelato with care — presentation matters here
• Welcome every guest with genuine, engaging service (you're the face of the brand!)
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Keep your station, display, and dining area spotless
• Help restock and monitor inventory
