Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Quality Assurance – GDS Travel specialist in Cebu City to monitor and improve the quality of travel-related transactions processed through GDS platforms. The role involves coaching agents, conducting audits, and delivering actionable insights to raise service accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze quality trends, provide feedback to teams, and collaborate with Operations and Training to drive continuous improvement and compliance with client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of QA experience in travel, airline, or BPO.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience using GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate travel reservations and customer interactions processed through GDS.
• Conduct quality audits across voice, non-voice, email, chat, and back-office channels.
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents and team leads to improve performance.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards for Operations and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Operations and Training to address gaps and drive improvements.
