Qualifications

• At least 1 year of GDS experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• Education: High School/ Senior High School / College Undergraduate or Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with flight reservations, bookings, rebookings, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate travel information and support.
• Resolve customer concerns and account-related inquiries professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences across every interaction.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and account procedures.
