Job summary

EY GDS – SAP EWM Senior Consultant sought to lead technical implementations in SAP EWM across global teams. The role involves ABAP development, solution design, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP, strong EWM and ABAP OO skills, and experience in workshops and documentation. Based in Taguig with global project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of total SAP experience; strong SAP EWM exposure.
• At least 3 years as Technical ABAP Consultant in SAP EWM projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABAP OOPs and modern ABAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop ABAP objects in SAP EWM modules and related areas.
• Apply OSS notes and SAP ASAP methodology.
• Design, develop, and test complex SAP EWM programs.
• Document programs and provide test data for validation.
• Lead solution workshops and create detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams and project teams to map requirements.

The opportunity[RR2.1]

As part of our EY GDS-SAP EWM Technical Team, you will work to solve client problems and provide End to End solutions. You will get an opportunity to work with high quality teams working in multiple locations across the globe.

We’re looking for Seniors with expertise in SAP EWM Technical Implementation to join EY GDS.

Your key responsibilities[RR3.1]

• ABAP objects development in SAP Modules such as EWM
• Application of OSS notes and SAP ASAP methodology
• Principles of program documentation and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing
• Principles of report, screen and form design, develop test data and analyze problems
• Design, develop, and code difficult and complex programs for SAP EWM
• Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
• Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Work effectively and independently on assigned projects, train users
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users
• Understanding of EWM Process Flow
• Experience in OO ABAP, ITS technology.
• Good experience in EWM ABAP (RF Screen, PPF, enhancements, CIF, EEWB, Monitor Enhancement)
• Knowledge in Warehouse monitor, Alerts
• Conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers. Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP.
• Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement gathering workshops, map these into SAP

Skills and attributes for success[RR4.1]

• Experience in implementation of complex programs in SAP EWM.
• Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment.
• Leading and Mentoring abilities.
• Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
• Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel.

To qualify for the role, you must have[RR5.1]

• A bachelor's degree and at least 5-6 years of total work experience in SAP
• Atleast 3 years of experience working as a Technical ABAP Consultant in SAP EWM Projects
• Good knowledge of ABAP OOPs
• Worked in atleast 1 SAP EWM Implementation Project
• Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Practical knowledge of CIF, EGF, DRF, MFS, EWM Label Zebra Printers, or any other advanced EWM Technical concepts
• Worked on advanced and latest SAP Interface technologies
• Working or basic Knowledge of ABAP on HANA - AMDP, CDS, ODATA
