Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines is looking for an associate-level Cloud Engineer with hands‑on Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes and .NET experience. You’ll collaborate with global teams to deliver Azure-based CI/CD solutions and cloud components such as Logic Apps and Functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on in Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, Angular/React and .Net.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and cloud development on Azure.
• Understanding of CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure automation experience with Terraform or Bicep.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for associate-level Cloud Engineer with expertise and hands‑on experience on Cloud Engineering and DevOps. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work with senior engineers and project leads to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support the setup and basic administration of Azure DevOps projects.
• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications hosted on premises or in Azure.
• Help configure CI/CD pipelines for different technologies such as Java, .NET, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Support integration of basic security tools in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SonarCloud).
• Write simple automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI under guidance.
• Assist in infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Bicep.
• Work with various tools to support solution orchestration tasks.
• Help develop and maintain small cloud components on Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API integrations, etc.).

Skills and attributes for success

• Development experience using Angular/React or .NET
• Exposure to Java or Spring Framework is a plus
• Familiarity with containers (Docker)
• Strong interest in cloud development on Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience on Azure SDK & CLI
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands‑on practice using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform or Bicep)
• Working experience on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS
• Awareness of cloud security best practices
• Interest in API development and integration
• Exposure to SDLC and agile methodologies through school, certifications.
